Recipe ingredients
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) butter*
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) whole ground 3 colour peppercorns
- 2 tsp. (10 mL) lemon juice.
Preparation
In a glass bowl, cream butter with a wooden spoon.
Blend in remaining ingredients.
Roll butter in plastic wrap and put in the freezer 1 hour until firm.
Before serving, remove the butter from the freezer and slice. Top the meat.
Suggestion
As soon as the meat is cooked, top with three-pepper butter so it will melt into the hot meat.* We recommend Selection and Irresistibles products.
