Recipe ingredients
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) Merit Selection tomato juice
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) white wine
- 2 tsp. (10 mL) dried oregano
- 2 tsp. (10 mL) dried basil
- 8 filets of sole
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) Merit Selection extra light olive oil
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
In a bowl, put all ingredients except the filet of sole and olive oil.
Lay 2 filets on lightly oiled aluminium foil; add about 1/4 cup (60 mL) tomato juice mixture and seal in a papillote.
Repeat the operation with the remaining filets.
Bake about 20 minutes. Serve.
