Recipe ingredients
- 1 1/4 lb. (565 g) ground beef, cooked and drained
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) extra light olive oil
- 1 cup (250 mL) Mexican salsa, your choice
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) fresh chopped coriander
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) lime juice
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) Tabasco sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 10-12 large tortillas
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
In a frying pan, brown beef in oil; drain well.
Add the remaining ingredients, except wheat tortillas; mix and season.
Put some beef mixture on each tortilla and roll.
Place tortillas in an oiled casserole dish (open side down) and bake 20 to 25 minutes. Serve.
