Recipe ingredients
- 2 radicchio, leaves separated and shredded
- 3 Tbsp. (45 mL) extra light olive oil *
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) balsamic vinegar *
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) fresh chopped basil
- 4 Italian tomatoes, chopped
- Ground salt and pepper to taste
- Toasted baguette slices *.
Preparation
In the food processor, chop radicchio; put in a bowl.
Add oil, balsamic vinegar, basil and tomatoes; season and mix.
Spread the mixture on toasted baguette slices and serve.
