Recipe ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) extra light olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lb. (450 g) beef strips
- 1 cup (250 mL) broccoli flowerets
- 1 tsp. (5 mL) chopped fresh ginger
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) snow peas
- Garnish :
- 1/2 cup tinned mandarins
Preparation
Heat oil in a frying pan; brown garlic.
Add beef strips and sear on all sides.
Add broccoli flowerets and fresh chopped ginger and continue cooking 5 to 7 minutes.
Add snow peas and cook 2 minutes longer.
Garnish with mandarins.
