Recipe ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) lemon juice
  • 6 large sole fillets or 12 small sole fillets
  • 1 package spinach, cooked and well- drained
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) chicken bouillon or fish-stock

Preparation

Heat the oven to 190°C (375°F). Sprinkle the sole fillets with lemon juice.
Chop the spinach and arrange it on the sole fillets. Roll and secure with a toothpick.
Place in a casserole dish and pour the chicken bouillon or the fish-stock over the fish.
Cook for 10 minutes.
