Recipe ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) grapefruit juice
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) orange juice
- 2 Tsp. (10 mL) sesame oil
- 3 Tbsp. (45 mL) olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients.
Pour over the fish.
Cover and marinate for an hour in the refrigerator.
Drain the fillets on absorbent paper.
