Recipe ingredients
- 3 Tbsp. (45 mL) lemon juice
- 3 Tbsp. (45 mL) orange juice
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) white wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) Soya sauce
- 2 tsp. (10 mL) sesame oil
- 3 Tbsp. (45 mL) olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) chopped fresh ginger
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) finely cut chives
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients.
Pour over the fish.
Cover and marinate for an hour in the refrigerator.
Drain the fillets on absorbent paper.
