Recipe ingredients
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) freshly cut fine herbs
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) olive oil
- 1 finely chopped, clove of garlic
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients and pour over the fish.
Cover and marinate for at least one hour in the refrigerator.
Afterwards, drain the fillets on absorbent paper.
