Recipe ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) lemon juice
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) orange juice
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) olive oil
Preparation
Mix the ingredients together.
Pour over the fish. Cover and marinate for an hour in the refrigerator.
Drain the fillets on absorbent paper.
