Recipe ingredients
- 2/3 cup (160 mL) butter
- Coconut
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) lemon juice
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) concentrated milk
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
Cream butter and mix it with the other ingredients.
Serve chilled or at room temperature.
Can be frozen.
