- 1/4 cup (60 mL) V-H sauce
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) Soya sauce
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) rice vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) honey
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) vegetable oil
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients together.
Put the steaks or fillets in this preparation and marinate for 20 minutes.
