Recipe ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups (375 mL) unsalted butter
- 2 chopped French scallions
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) old fashioned mustard
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) fresh chopped parsley
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) fresh chopped dill
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
Melt 15 mL (1 Tbsp.) of butter and sauté the scallions in it for 2 minutes.
Add the mustard and mix well.
Incorporate the rest of the butter with a whisk until a smooth texture is achieved.
Add the parsley and dill.
Suggestion
Keep warm on a low heat until using. Whip slightly as needed just before serving.* We recommend Selection and Irresistibles products.
