Recipe ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) olive oil
- 1 leek white cut in cubes
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) fresh chopped rosemary
- 1/2 lb. (225 g) fresh goat cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Heat the oil over medium heat in a frying pan.
Sauté the leek in it for 3 minutes.
Add the rosemary, salt and pepper and continue cooking for 1 minute.
Remove from heat and add the goat cheese. Mix well.
Stuff the fish.
