Recipe ingredients
- 1 lb. (450 g) fresh salmon
- 1 lb. (450 g) fresh halibut
- To taste salt and pepper
- Melted butter*
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350°F/180°C.
Cut the halibut and the salmon in strips, lengthways.
Braid the strips of halibut and salmon and secure with a toothpick at the end of the braid.
Add salt and pepper to the four braids and place them on a cooking sheet.
With a brush, dab them with a little melted butter.
Bake 10-12 min or until flesh loses its sheen and is easily flaked with a fork.
Suggestion
It is important to attach the end of the braid so the strips of fish will not come apart and curve.* We recommend Selection and Irresistibles products.
