Recipe ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) oil
- 1 x 4.5 lb. (2 kg) salmon
- 3 cups (750 mL) court bouillon
- To taste butterfly shrimp
- To taste hollandaise sauce
- To taste slices of lemon or lime
- To taste bouquets of parsley
- To taste dill
Preparation
Place a sheet of aluminium foil in a casserole dish. Lightly oil.
Place the salmon on the aluminium foil and add court bouillon.
Close the envelope of foil. Cook in the oven at 350°F/180°C for 45 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let stand several minutes.
Decorate with butterfly shrimp; serve with hollandaise sauce.
Decorate with slices of lemon or lime, bouquets of parsley or dill.
