Recipe ingredients
- 3/4 cup (180 mL) plain yoghurt
- 2 cups (500 mL) fresh spinach, trimmed and finely chopped
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) light mayonnaise
- 1 clove of garlic, finely chopped
- 1 tsp. (5 mL) fresh dill, finely chopped
- Salt and fresh ground pepper to taste
Preparation
In a bowl, mix spinach, yoghurt, mayonnaise, garlic and dill.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
