Recipe ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) fresh chopped ginger
  • 10 cups (2.5 L) water
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) quality white vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) coarse salt
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 1 zucchini, julienned
  • 2 carrots, julienned
  • 2 stalks of celery, cut on the diagonal
  • 2 bay leaves
  • Pepper

Preparation

Cook all of the ingredients together until the vegetables are tender.
Strain and cool.
Reserve the vegetables to garnish the plate.
