Recipe ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) fresh chopped ginger
- 10 cups (2.5 L) water
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) quality white vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) coarse salt
- 2 onions, chopped
- 1 zucchini, julienned
- 2 carrots, julienned
- 2 stalks of celery, cut on the diagonal
- 2 bay leaves
- Pepper
Preparation
Cook all of the ingredients together until the vegetables are tender.
Strain and cool.
Reserve the vegetables to garnish the plate.
