Recipe ingredients
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) lime juice
- 1 green hot pepper, chopped very fine
- 1 red onion, chopped very fine
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) tamari sauce
- 10 leaves of fresh mint, chopped
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients together and pour over the fish.
Cover with plastic wrap and leave in the refrigerator for one hour.
Drain the fillets on absorbent paper.
