Recipe ingredients
- 4 cups (1 L) spinach leaves
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) whipping cream
- 1 tsp. (5 mL) nutmeg
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
Cook the spinach in boiling, salted water.
Drain, chop and add cream. Mix well.
Season with nutmeg, salt and pepper.
Stuff the fish.
