Recipe ingredients
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) Soya sauce
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp. (10 mL) ground coriander
- 1 tsp. (5 mL) tumeric
- 2 crushed garlic cloves
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients together and pour over the fish.
Cover and refrigerate, ideally for 1 hour.
Drain the fillets on absorbent paper.
