Recipe ingredients
- 2 cups (500 mL) water
- 4 scallions, minced
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) chopped french ginger
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) fish sauce
- 3 leaves of fresh basil
Preparation
Put all the ingredients in a large pan and bring to a boil.
Add the mussels and, as soon as they are open, remove from heat.
