Recipe ingredients
- 3 Tbsp. (45 mL) olive oil
- 2 shallots, finely chopped
- 1 tsp. (5 mL) hot mustard
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) lime juice
- 3 Tbsp. (45 mL) fresh chopped chervil
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients together, except for the chervil, and pour over the finely chopped scallops.
Sprinkle with chervil and serve immediately.
