Recipe ingredients
- 1 lb. (450 g) scallops
- 1 cup (250 mL) white wine
- 1 pinch of saffron
- 2 scallions, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) olive oil
- 3 Tbsp. (45 mL) 15 % cream
Preparation
Steam the scallops in the wine and saffron, 1-2 minutes.
Remove the scallops with a skimmer.
Brown the scallions in the oil and add them to the cooking liquid.
Add the cream and cook for 7 to 8 minutes.
Put the scallops in the sauce and serve.
