Recipe ingredients

  • 1 tsp. (15 mL) Dijon mustard
  • Juice and zest of one lemon
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) olive oil
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) chopped fresh mint
  • Ground black pepper to taste

Preparation

To make dressing, blend mustard, juice and zest of lemon.
Whisk in oil little by little.
Add green onions and mint and pour over melon-prosciutto.
Top with pepper and serve
