Recipe ingredients
- 1/3 cup (80 mL) fine wheat granule (couscous)
- 1/3 cup (80 mL) boiling pineapple juice
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) Irresistibles butter*
- 1 cup (250 mL) fruit chunks
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) pineapple juice
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) sugar*
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) fresh chopped mint
Preparation
Soak the couscous in the boiling pineapple juice 5 minutes.
Add butter and mix with a fork.
Put in a large bowl.
Add remaining ingredients.
Mix well and refrigerate 30 minutes.
Serve in dessert cups.
