Recipe ingredients
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) extra light olive oil*
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. (2.5 mL) thyme
- 1/2 tsp. (2.5 mL) oregano
- 1/2 tsp. (2.5 mL) tarragon
- 1 tsp. (5 mL) Dijon mustard*.
Preparation
Brush meat with the blend.
Brush again halfway through cooking.
