Recipe ingredients
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) maple syrup*
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) old-fashioned mustard
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) extra virgin olive oil*
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 turkey roasts, 1 lb (450 g) each.
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 350°F/175°C.
Combine all basting sauce ingredients in a glass bowl.
Baste roasts on all sides.
Sear roasts in a frying pan.
Place in a roasting pan and roast at 350°F/175°C allowing 25 to 30 min./lb (55 to 60 min./kg).
Suggestion
The roasts will be juicier if marinated 30 minutes in the basting sauce.* We recommend Selection and Irresistibles products.
