Recipe ingredients
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) butter
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) oil
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) pitted black olives
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) sweet relish *
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) chopped fresh chives
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) lime juice
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) liquid honey *
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) plain low-fat yogurt (2%)*
- 1 1/3 lb (600 g) white flesh fish fillets.
Preparation
Preheat barbecue to medium heat.
In a saucepan, fry mushrooms in butter and oil.
Add remaining sauce ingredients, except yoghurt. Simmer 1 minute and remove from heat.
Add yogurt and mix well. Set aside.
Baste fillets with olive oil and place in grill basket.
Cook 3 minutes per side.
Top with black olive-relish sauce and serve.
Suggestion
Steep olives in boiling water for about 15 minutes to reduce their high sodium content.* We recommend Selection and Irresistibles products.
