Recipe ingredients
- 4 x 5 to 7 oz (150 g to 200 g) salmon fillets
- Marinade
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) Irresistibles extra virgin olive oil*
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) white wine
- 2 tsp. (10 mL) fresh grated ginger
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) Irresistibles soy sauce*
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. (1 mL) Tabasco sauce
- Chopped fresh parsley, thyme to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste .
Preparation
Preheat barbecue to medium heat.
In a rectangular glass dish, mix marinade ingredients together.
Place fillets in the marinade and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Remove salmon from marinade and drain well.
Cook on a covered grill, 2 to 3 minutes per side should be sufficient.
Frying pan: cook 4-5 minutes per side.
Suggestion
