Recipe ingredients
- 4 fresh trout fillets, 4 to 5 oz (120 g to 150 g) each
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) extra virgin olive oil*
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) all-purpose flour*
- Salt and pepper to taste .
Preparation
Preheat barbecue to medium heat.
Baste fillets with olive oil.
Sprinkle with flour and season to taste.
Cook on covered barbecue. Normally, 2 to 3 minutes per side should be sufficient.
