Recipe ingredients
- 1 lb. (450 g) fresh ground turkey
- 1/3 lb. (150 g) ground ham
- 1 cup (250 mL) seasoned breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/2 spanish onion, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 3/4 cup (180 mL) parmesan cheese
Preparation
Combine turkey, ham, breadcrumbs, egg and onion in a bowl. Season.
Shape into 4 equal patties about 1 cm ( 3/8 in.) thick.
Fry patties in an oil/butter mixture 4 minutes on each side.
Sprinkle with Parmesan, let cheese melt and serve.
