Recipe ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) butter*
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) Irresistibles extra virgin olive oil*
- 4 x 5 oz ( 4 x 150 g) boneless pork chops, 1 1/4 in. (3 cm) thick
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) chicken broth*
- 3/4 cup (180 mL) applesauce
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) Irresistibles cinnamon*
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
In a pan, cook over medium the pork chops in butter and oil for 3 minutes per side. Set aside.
Deglaze the pan with the chicken broth and the applesauce.
Add the cinnamon, salt and pepper. Cook 5 minutes.
Pour over the pork chops
