Recipe ingredients
- 1 lb. (450 g) fresh ground chicken
- Herbed Yoghurt Basting Sauce
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) 2% plain yoghurt
- 3 Tbsp. (45 mL) fresh herbs (chives, parsley, marjoram, chopped coriander)
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) chicken concentrate
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) lemon or lime juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Preheat the barbecue to medium heat.
In a glass bowl, whisk sauce ingredients together until creamy. Set aside.
Ž Mold ground chicken into chicken fingers and place them on a sheet of oiled aluminium foil.
Baste chicken fingers with sauce and barbecue 4 to 5 minutes per side.
