Recipe ingredients
- 4 fresh chicken legs, 4 oz. (120 g) each
- Spicy Marinade
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) ketchup
- 1 clove chopped garlic
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) dijon mustard
- 1/3 cup (80 mL) extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp. (5 mL) white granulated sugar
- 1 pinch ground cayenne pepper
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Skin chicken legs and pierce meat with a fork.
Mix all marinade ingredients together in a glass bowl.
Place chicken legs in it and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Preheat the barbecue to medium heat.
Remove chicken legs from the marinade and drain well.
Place chicken legs on a sheet of oiled aluminium foil and barbecue covered for about 10 to 15 minutes each side .
Suggestion
Replace chicken legs with wings and drumsticks.
