Recipe ingredients
- 1 lb. (450 g) fresh ground chicken
- Dill Basting Sauce
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) soya sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) maple syrup
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) chopped dill
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Preheat the barbecue to medium heat.
In a glass bowl, mix all sauce ingredients together. Set aside.
Make patties with ground chicken and place on a sheet of oiled aluminium foil.
Baste chicken patties with sauce and barbecue 4 to 5 minutes per side.
