Recipe ingredients
- 8 Irresistibles Air-Chilled boneless, skinless chicken thighs*
- 4 Irresistibles Air-Chilled boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Spicy Maple Basting Sauce
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) Irresistibles extra virgin olive oil*
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 4 Tbsp. (60 mL) chilli sauce*
- 3 Tbsp. (45 mL) Irresistibles maple syrup*
- 2 tsp. (10 mL) Tabasco sauce
- 1 tsp. (5 mL) cornstarch*, mixed with a little cold water
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) Irresistibles raspberry vinegar*
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350ºF (180ºC).
In a bowl, combine all sauce ingredients. Set aside.
In a skillet over medium heat, brown chicken both sides in butter and oil.
Transfer browned chicken to a baking dish and baste with spicy maple sauce.
Bake 20 – 30 minutes, basting again during cooking.
Serve with caramelized pear halves and sweet potato wedges.
