Recipe ingredients

  • 8 fresh boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 3 Tbsp. (45 mL) apricot jelly
  • 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) Dijon mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) apple cider
  • 2 tsp. (10 mL) fresh tarragon
  • 1/2 cup (125 m) 2% plain yoghurt

Preparation

Preheat the barbecue to medium-high heat.
Mix sauce ingredients together in a glass bowl. Set aside.
Place chicken thighs on a sheet of oiled aluminium foil.
Baste chicken thighs with sauce and barbecue 8 to 10 minutes per side.

Suggestion

Replace the apricot jelly with three-fruit marmalade.
