- 1 cup (250 mL) Butter, softened
- 1 3/4 cup (430 mL) Icing sugar
- 3 Tbsp. (45 mL) Brandy
Preparation
In a bowl, mix butter and icing sugar together. Mix in brandy.
Press into a butter dish and refrigerate to firm it up.
Serve with plum pudding.
