Recipe ingredients
- 24 oysters
- 24 crackers
- 1/3 cup (80 mL) foie gras
- Garnish parsley
Preparation
Open and drain the oysters, saving the juice. Strain the juice.
Poach the shelled oysters in their juice. Spread about 15 mL (1 tbsp.) of foie gras.
Place one oyster on each cracker and decorate with parsley.
