Recipe ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) Irresistibles extra virgin olive oil*
- 2 Red Grill Angus inside round steaks
- Freshly ground pepper
- 3 crushed garlic cloves
- 1/4 tsp. (1 mL) dried oregano*
- 2 sliced tomatoes
Preparation
Heat the oil in a skillet, add the steaks and brown them on a high heat on both sides.
Lower the heat and let the meat cook for a few minutes.
Remove the steaks, sprinkle with pepper and keep hot in a dish.
Brown the garlic in the cooking juices and add the oregano.
Add the tomatoes and cook on a low heat about 8 minutes.
Add the cooked meat.
Sauté on a high heat for a few seconds.
