Mandarins in a Chocolate Sauce

Recipe ingredients
- 6 mandarins (suprêmes)
- Sauce
- 2 1/2 cups (625 mL) milk
- 3 eggs*
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) cornstach*
- 1 oz. (30g) sweet finely grated dark chocolate*
- 3 oz. (90g) finely grated white chocolate*
- Choice of fruit, seedless green grapes or cantaloup balls to taste
Preparation
Peel the mandarins, quarter and set aside.
Heat the milk. Set aside.
Mix the eggs and the cornstarch
Gradually add the hot milk to the eggs and cook on low, stirring constanly until the mixture thickens.
Divide the sauce in 2 equal parts and quickly add to each half, the dark chocolate and the white chocolate sauce.
