Recipe ingredients
- 10 cups (2.5 l) water
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) quality white vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) coarse salt
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 tsp. (5 mL) paprika
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) marinade spices
- 1 lemon cut in fine slices
- Pepper
Preparation
Cook all the ingredients together for 25 minutes. Strain and cool.
