Recipe ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) butter
- 4 veal cutlets
- 2 scallions, chopped
- 1 cup (250 mL) tangerines, quartered
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) white wine
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) 1% sour cream
- 4 slices pineapple, in chunks
Preparation
In a frying pan, melt butter and sear cutlets over medium heat. Set aside in perforated aluminium foil.
In the same frying pan, sauté scallions.
Add tangerines and white wine; reduce.
Add sour cream, stirring constantly.
Stir in pineapple; cook about 1 minute.
Serve with the veal cutlets.
