Recipe ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) white sugar
- 1/2 tsp. (2 mL) instant drink mix chocolate*
- 1 big Tbsp. (15 mL) syrup from the bottle of maraschino cherries
- 1 cup (250 mL) mocha java*
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) 35% whipped cream
- Some semi-sweet chocolate chips*
- Grated coconut, roasted, optional
- 1 maraschino cherry.
Preparation
Mix the white sugar and the instant drink mix chocolate.
Dip the edge of the coffee cup first in the cherry syrup and in the sugar mix.
In the cup, add the cherry juice, the sugar mix (to taste) and the coffee.
Garnish with whipped cream, chocolate chips, coconut and a cherry.
