Recipe ingredients
- 8 mini lamb kabobs
- Spicy sauce
- 1/3 cup (80 mL) olive oil *
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) wine vinegar *
- Pinch turmeric
- Pinch curry
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 drops Tabasco
Preparation
Preheat the barbecue to medium heat.
Mix all the ingredients for the spicy sauce in a bowl.
Brush the kabobs and cook on the grill for 4 to 6 minutes, turning frequently.
Suggestion
Enhance the flavour of the meat by marinating the lamb cubes in the spicy sauce in the refrigerator for approximately one hour.* We recommend Selection and Irresistibles products.
