Recipe ingredients
- 4 boneless chicken breasts, skin removed
- 3 Tbsp. (45 mL) olive oil *
- 4 thin slices ham
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) fresh tarragon
- 1 tsp. (5 mL) paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste.
Preparation
Preheat the barbecue to medium heat.
Cut each chicken breast in two halfway through the thickness.
Place each chicken breast on an oiled sheet of aluminum foil.
Flatten the chicken breasts with a rolling pin.
Place a slice of ham, some Parmesan cheese and seasonings inside
the chicken.
Brush with oil.
Seal the aluminum foil en papillote, grill for 10 to 15 minutes.
