Recipe ingredients
- 1 bunch fresh cress
- 6 tomatoes, sliced
- 3 oz. (90 g) mild firm goat cheese
- 12 greek olives
- Basil Dressing
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) red wine vinegar*
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) extra virgin olive oil*
- 1/3 cup (80 mL) chopped fresh basil
- Pepper to taste
Preparation
Arrange the cress on a large plate.
Cover the cress with tomato slices.
Crumble cheese over the tomatoes and garnish with olives.
Drizzle with dressing and serve immediately
