Recipe ingredients

  • 1 bunch fresh cress
  • 6 tomatoes, sliced
  • 3 oz. (90 g) mild firm goat cheese
  • 12 greek olives
  • Basil Dressing
  • 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) red wine vinegar*
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) extra virgin olive oil*
  • 1/3 cup (80 mL) chopped fresh basil
  • Pepper to taste

Preparation

Arrange the cress on a large plate.
Cover the cress with tomato slices.
Crumble cheese over the tomatoes and garnish with olives.
Drizzle with dressing and serve immediately

Suggestion

You can use any other kind of lettuce or greens instead of cress.
