Recipe ingredients
- 2 cups (500 mL) grated zucchini
- 3 eggs*
- 1 1/2 cups (375 mL) sugar*
- 1 cup (250 mL) vegetable oil*
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) vanilla
- 1 tsp. (5 mL) salt
- 2 cups (500 mL) flour*
- 1/2 tsp. (2 mL) nutmeg
- 1 tsp. (5 mL) baking soda*
- 1 1/4 tsp. (6 mL) baking powder*
Preparation
Preheat oven to 375°F / 190°C
Mix ingredients together in the order they are listed, until batter is smooth.
Pour batter in a tube pan and bake in the centre of the oven for 55 minutes.
