Recipe ingredients
- 1 cantaloupe
- 2 oranges
- 4 fresh mint leaves
Preparation
Cut cantaloupe in half and remove seeds.
Remove and cube flesh. Put cubed flesh in blender.
Squeeze juice from oranges. Add to blender.
Blend until consistency is liquid.
Chop mint leaves.
Stir chopped mint into soup with a spoon.
Pour into chilled bowls. Serve cold.
Suggestion
